From One Breakup to a Breakthrough
von Guillermo Seis
FOD — Full Of Desire — is a lingerie label from Vienna that challenges conventional views on gender and sexuality through the transformative power of lingerie. We’re tossing out the old playbooks, the ones that insist masculinity and femininity fit into tidy boxes and opening the door to something fresh, something that feels less like a boundary and more like a discovery.
Designed in Vienna and crafted with care by artisans in Mexico, our pieces are for men, non-binary people, and anyone who’s felt trapped by labels. Because at its core, our philosophy is as simple as it is radical: lingerie should adapt to the person wearing it — not the other way around.
A New Layer of Confidence
There’s something almost magical about lingerie, isn’t there? The way it shifts not just how we look, but how we carry ourselves—like it’s whispering a secret only we get to hear. “It’s like slipping on a hidden layer of confidence,” Guillermo says. “Something private, just for you, but it changes everything. It’s like a superpower you didn’t know you needed.”
That’s the heartbeat of Full Of Desire (FOD), a brand Guillermo Seis dreamed up alongside Henrique Spotorno and Maximilian Fischer. It’s more than fabric and thread—it’s a bridge between sexual wellness, identity, and that wild, beautiful mess we call self-discovery. Maybe that’s why it feels so alive, so personal. FOD draws a community that’s as varied as the human heart: there are the ones who wear it to feel a little braver, the ones who find pieces that finally fit who they are, and the ones who pull it on like an artist’s brushstroke—or maybe a middle finger to the rules. And isn’t that the point? That lingerie can be whatever you need it to be?
“We’re not just here to sell lingerie,” Guillermo says. “We’re building something bigger. A space brimming with real, raw stories. The kind I wish I’d stumbled across when I was figuring out who I was, wrestling with my own sexuality and identity.”
It’s less a business pitch and more a promise: that FOD isn’t just about what you wear, but about what it unlocks inside you. One piece, one moment, one truer version of yourself at a time.
A Personal Journey of Self-Expression and Empowerment
Some stories start with a grand plan, but Full Of Desire? It began with a breakup and not the tidy kind. For years, Guillermo had been holding his breath, folding himself into a shape that never quite fit, trying to meet expectations that felt like someone else’s script. When that relationship unraveled, something else broke open: the permission to stop pretending. Suddenly, there he was, stepping into his feminine side with a mix of playfulness and wonder, like a kid who’d just found the key to a locked room.
Fashion became his playground. At first, it was women’s crop tops and pashminas, little experiments in feeling seen. But soon, he craved something deeper, something that could hold this new version of himself: bold yet tender, sassy yet refined. He pictured lingerie that wasn’t just for one kind of body or one kind of story—something intimate, made for someone like him. He searched. He came up empty. And in that quiet ache, a spark flickered. “If it’s not out there,” he thought, “then I’ll build it.”
Turning a moment of self-discovery into a cutting-edge business idea—now that’s how you harvest a heartbreak. What started as Guillermo's quest to feel whole has grown into Full Of Desire—a brand that’s as much about self-discovery as it is about lingerie. It’s proof that sometimes the most daring ideas come from the tender spots we’re brave enough to tend.
