Die Ruffled Cuffs werden aus semitransparentem grauem Latex (0,5 mm Dicke) gefertigt und sind um ein dominantes Rüschenband herum strukturiert. Der geraffte Latex bildet den Körper des Stücks und erzeugt Volumen und Spannung im Kontrast zu den integrierten D-Ringen und Metallbeschlägen.
Jedes Paar ist handgefertigt. Die Cuffs können einzeln als Armbänder getragen werden, die mit einem Druckknopf geschlossen werden, oder mit dem mitgelieferten doppelseitigen Karabinerhaken verbunden werden. An den D-Ringen befestigt, dienen sie nahtlos als Fesseln.
